Ticket Shock BETA - Now Bringing you the _most_ affordable concert tickets online.
Initial testing is underway... as of November 11, 2007
Well you concert fans are in luck, Ticket Shock is now online and open for business! Built from the ground up to provide you with a single resource for concert tickets, videos and news. I'm sure that Ticket Shock will quickly become your first choice when it comes to concert tickets, as well as tickets for other events.
How does this work?
We compare the price of event tickets from multiple ticket brokers and provide you with the most affordable options in an easy to read list... PLUS we also find you deals on tickets for sports, broadway shows and concerts by using eBay, so you can see what other tickets are available without wading through page after page of search results.
Do you sell/scalp tickets yourself?
No. We do not sell tickets, we don't scalp tickets. What we do is compare the price of tickets from secondary market sources (scalpers, brokers, call em what you like). My wife and I do LOVE going to concerts (Dane Cook is a GREAT comedian to watch live, saw him at the ACC in Toronto, 10th row floor... great) and shows, but we hate jumping from site to site trying to find tickets that meet our budget.
What about eBay?
eBay is a good resource for tickets, except you have to scroll through dozens of listings to get a deal... so since I'm a student at Mohawk College and I have some spare time right now in my studies... I created this site so that anyone can use to get a reasonable priced set of concert tix from eBay, or from StubHub, TicketsNow etc. If you like this site, tell your friends, DIGG it, Stumble it, whatever. I'll be posting a blog soon, as well as links to some coupon codes.
PS: Don't tell too many people about ticket shock, I don't want my server crashing, hopefully I will have something better running soon.
PPS: IF you find an error (and you will I'm sure) please hold off on sending it to me for now, I will be putting in a bug tracker and discussion forum, maybe this week or next.
